Any resident wishing to repaint their homes must turn in an ARC form if they wish to change the color. If the home is being repainted the original color no ARC is needed(MUST BE EXACTLY AS ORIGINAL PAINTED). If a color change is desired please stop by the Property Owners Association office to view the preapproved color books. Only the colors contained within these books will be approved.
